PCS Announces Promotion of Morgan Shafer to Assistant Operations Manager – Last Mile

PCS is thrilled to announce the promotion of Morgan Shafer to the position of Assistant Operations Manager – Last Mile. Morgan’s journey with PCS began in 2023 when she joined as a driver. Through her dedicated and hard work, she quickly stood out as a high-performer within the company. Within six months, Morgan was promoted to Operations Supervisor, showcasing her exceptional abilities and commitment to excellence. Recognizing her potential and contributions, PCS created the new role of Assistant Operations Manager – Last Mile almost a year later to ensure their steadfast investment in her as a professional.
