Grand Rapids-based Professional Courier Services Hires New Business Development Manager

(PCS) of downtown Grand Rapids, MI has named Steven Tagg as the company’s first Business Development Manager. In this role, Steven will lead the sales and business development practices for Professional Courier Services.

After an incredible year of growth in 2022, the PCS leadership team determined an immediate need for an individual to lead, streamline, and continue to grow and scale the sales presence and pipeline for the company. “As a company, we reached new heights in 2022, resulting in the best year PCS has had in its 41 year history. This growth has afforded our company the opportunity to expand into new markets and launch new services. We are thrilled to welcome Steven to our company and know he will be a fantastic addition to our culture and team. Tagg’s career background has consisted of entrepreneurial ventures in residential real estate as a REALTOR in the state of Michigan. Steve has over a decade of experience working directly with clients to find their dream home or sell their assets. In addition, Steve has a background in the banking industry, servicing customers at Huntington Bank in Grand Rapids.
